In order to achieve your dream body build, you can perform exercises. However, these exercises become more effective when you use equipments while doing them. An example that you can do are dumbbell exercises.

There are different forms of dumbbell exercises. You can choose to practice different times and different combinations. Only, remember that it is important to perform full body workouts. You should have at least one exercise for a specific body part.

You can start by doing chest exercises. One common workout for the chest is flat chest press. This starts by lying flat on your back, and then you hold the dumbbells over your chest, and extend your arms. Then you lower back your arms maintaining correct positioning and distance between your two arms. Repeat these steps. You may also perform this with you lying on an inclined plane.

For your shoulders, you can shoulders presses and raises. You can perform shoulder press by sitting down or standing up, whichever you prefer. Remember to keep you back straight and inline. Simply hold the weights above your head with your arms directly extended in a straight line.

Shoulder raises are performed by standing upright. You then raise your arms with the dumbbells towards your sides. Raise the weights back up when you reach a level that the arms are parallel with each other in front of your body.

Another group of exercises is for your back. You can perform a dead lift. This is done by standing up and maintaining a balanced position by placing your feet apart from each other. While lifting the weight, make sure you have your back in a straight line. This is to ensure that you can evenly distribute your body weight in both your legs and body parts.

For your arms, you can biceps and triceps dumbbell exercises. An example is biceps curls, you can do this while sitting up straight or by resting in an inclined position. If in an inclined position, use at least 450 angle. Hold the weights at your sides and begin lifting and lowering down and repeat as tolerated. Remember to continue extending your arms until the elbows are fully extended.  For the triceps, you can perform French presses. This is done by lying flat on your back. You then hold the weights above your chest. The direction of the dumbbells goes towards the sides of your head. You can again extend both your arms until they have reached the level above your chest.

Half squats are leg exercises. This is done by lifting weights at both arms and keeping them at your sides and assuming a squatting position.

These are just some dumbbell exercises that are proven to be easy to perform yet still produce good effects.
